Alister has been founding and operating businesses with his partner Adam for 25 years. Neither Adam nor Alister have any formal business training, so everything they know was learned through trial and error.

After nearly two decades of being in his own business, Alister finally exited to work on them. The budding entrepreneurs around him were keen for his knowledge and experience and invited Alister to coach them. For 6 years, Alister has coached and mentored other business leaders, while also being hands-on in the leadership team with some of the larger customer businesses.

Today Alister spends his spare time roaming around the southern Gold Coast, falling in love again every single day with the majestic coastline and weather!

When not enjoying his life of leisure, Alister dedicates many hours to coaching leaders in the personal development space.

With a technolgy background and consulting in private and government sectors for over 15 years, Harsha has immersed himself in the area or marketing and media for the last 6 years. He has a business called cindog media that helps people innovate on the way business owners market their business. Harsha is passionate about helping people connect to learn from each other, bringing about powerful relationships that thrive. Harsha deeply questions what's just, and focuses my efforts on bringing about freedom and abundance to peoples lives through friendships, mentorship, personal-growth & education.
